  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
