Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 4-5 dried wood ear mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced
  • 4-5 dried lily flowers, rehydrated and tied (optional)
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6-8 mandarin pancakes or thin tortillas
