  • 14 oz paneer, cubed
  • 1 lb fresh spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • Pinch of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

    Blanch the spinach in boiling water for three minutes, transfer to ice water, then drain and blend into a smooth puree.
