Ingredients

  • 8 oz glass noodles (sotanghon)
  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Calamansi for serving
