  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
