Ingredients

  • 4 large leeks, white and light green parts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
