Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 6 oz pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Chinese broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
