Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup toor dal
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, potatoes)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 2 tbsp sambar powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • Pinch asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
