Ingredients

  • 2 small whole young chickens (cornish hens)
  • 1/2 cup glutinous rice, soaked
  • 2-4 pieces fresh ginseng
  • 6-8 dried jujubes
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
