  • 6 cups water
  • 1 large tomato, quartered
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 1 daikon radish, sliced
  • 2 taro roots (gabi), peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup long beans (sitaw), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 eggplant, sliced
  • 1 bunch kangkong (water spinach) or spinach
  • 2 green chilies (siling haba)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
