  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (or creme fraiche)
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
