Ingredients

  • 1 lb Korean rice cakes (tteok)
  • 1 cup fish cakes, sliced
  • 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups anchovy broth or water
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
