Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 oz shrimp, peeled and minced
  • 40 wonton wrappers
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz bok choy, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
