  • 3 cups cooked day-old rice
  • 1/2 cup diced char siu (Chinese BBQ pork)
  • 1/4 cup small shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
